WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This Limited lifetime Warranty applies to the ceramic grinder in our Traditional Pepper Mill. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects or malfunction of the ceramic grinder inside our Traditional Pepper Mill.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?
The customer has to send the product in or send photos of the issue to confirm that it qualifies for warranty. If it does, Peppermate will either repair or replace the Product at no charge.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that are caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage to any part except the ceramic grinder.
- Damage to the ceramic grinder caused by the users negligence.
